The advantages of treating the trunk circumferentially as one unit is most obvious in this photograph, which shows how a woman's waist can be accentuated by performing liposuction on the back at the same time as performing an abdominoplasty.

I feel that most women can benefit from circumferential treatment of the trunk and I encourage appropriate candidates to consider this option if possible.
