AFTER PHOTOGRAPH: This is a frontal view of a 25 year old woman who underwent abdominoplasty, circumferential liposuction and breast reduction.  

The stretch marks that were previously located above the umbilicus have now been moved to the lower abdomen, leaving the upper abdomen completely free of stretch marks.  Often, stretch marks seem less visible when the skin is pulled taught.  Unfortunately, there is no way to completely erase stretch marks non-surgically.
